Daunita Douglas Ordered 3 dash cams and was recieved within a week. One dash cam was packaged wrong and I contacted company through email. After a week of communication and sending information a refund was given for item as it was not in-stock at this time.

Jim Major I couldn’t get the dash-cam to power up.
Had a Geek Squad check it out who said the camera was fried. I has no choice but to purchase another brand if dash cam.
Oh then of course I found the original hardwire kit still in the box.

Bruce Baillie It was supposed to turn on Apeman when the vehicle starts moving and then shuts off five minutes after the vehicle has stopped. I don’t have any luck getting the settings correct.
