I just installed the CH50 OBD2 charger in my 2014 Camry. Unfortunately, it's not working as intended. With loop recording set to on, and parking monitoring and motion detection turned off, I should have continuous power from my OBD2 port. The charger is somehow disabling the OBD2, and their advertising states that it should only happen with parking monitor on. In that case, the g sensor would activate it. Currently, I am working with Customer Service, but they don't seem to understand the problem. They requested a video but it got denied by the mail system when I tried to send it to them. How about a refund or send me a working charger? Also, I installed a CH45 charger the other day on a different car and Apeman camera. That worked fine, so I know it's not operator error.
we are sorry that our products did not bring you a best experience. Our customer service team will continue to follow up on this issue and help you solve it.
The kit is very simple with the power connection using the OBD port. Great product that worked perfectly with the install of my C860 forward and rear camera system
Great bang for buck, easy to install and navigate. Get app for it. I use lucky cam.
SOLIDLY built. Would buy again.
Easy to install just don't let your ADHD get you while installing the rear camera. Remember that most newer trucks have power slider lol.
