I am using several of these for an art project and I needed something small with a sleek, but not-in-the-way design, and which could project a video with crisp clean image and excellent color representation (or as close as a projector could get. This M4 mini pocket projector is just the thing I was looking for and I am hoping it's performance can go the distance. So far so amazing.
I was skeptical whether or not this projector could deliver given its low cost and small footprint. I have to say I am super impressed with the picture quality and how small this item actually is. It is truly amazing. I wanted to be able to fit a small projector in my bag for going on the road. I already had a small tripod which works perfectly with this projector. The one it ships with is tiny and not very useful, but it would work in a pinch for setting on a desk. The one I have is less than 12" tall but allows me to alter the angle to point this directly on a ceiling. We recently used it on a road trip and set it up to project on the hotel room ceiling as we were relaxing after work. So much easier than trying to mess with hotel room TVs and dealing with connection issues. The internal speaker is OK but I ended up getting a small portable speaker with AUX input and the combination worked great. The focus buttons are easy to use, keystone adjustment is much appreciated if you are projecting at weird angles. The only thing I wish it had was an auto-shutoff feature or a timer you could set to turn it off. I have not fully tested the battery life, but I assume it works as expected.
